The World Belong To...

The world belongs to... Charlie.
Shelley Hack and her famous stride set the mood for 1978
in another version of the Charlie perfume ad.

Roadshow 1982

Charlie's Angels was featured in a 1982 Japanese magazine Roadshow.
All the TV angels were featured and even included caricatures of each of them.

Shelley in the Park

Love Boat Talent

Shelley Hack was a guest star in the TV series The Love Boat in March 1980. Her performance in this episode was outstanding (a really big revelation, if I must say so.) She never fumbled her lines and she was really, truly, genuinely funny in her role. She's such a treat to watch.

She was still in Charlie's Angels when this episode was filmed and subsequently aired. It really makes me wonder. If she was capable of delivering a performance of this caliber at the time, why was she given so little to do or say in Charlie's Angels?

Notice the different font used for the brand name Revlon.

Gorgeous in B&W

I simply love this picture of Shelley taken at around 1986.
Yes, even the pouffy hair, I love. She's gorgeous.
